Here is Cam and Ty Huynh's feedback after coming back from their 21 day Europe and Hong Kong tour in September 2011:
We would like to thank Friendly Travel for a wonderful trip and an informative tour. Please pass our thanks to our guides Harley, Sam and Warner for their professionalism, knowledge and the care provided throughout the tour. We learnt a lot about the European history and culture, thanks to Sam's great wealth of knowledge and expert guidance. We laughed and had lots of fun with Harley's Vietnamese and his beautiful personality, not forgetting Warner's friendliness and care in Hong Kong. We enjoyed the tour and had a good time.

Straight off the plane from their 15 day Special Beijing, Xian, Mt Huangshan plus East China Cities Discovery Tour, Mr and Mrs Vandenberg jumped onto their computer and provided their very positive feedback of our tour!
Having just returned from a trip organised by your company to China, I must express my appreciation for the well organised and very pleasant tour. Travel, accommodation and food were generally excellent and we were accompanied by well versed guides who showed us the delights of the country and provided all background information. In addition we had a representative from your company travel with us to look after all our needs. She (Tiana) was excellent company and made sure everyone’s needs were looked after. She was able to harmonise the group and quietly and unobtrusively saw that everyone enjoyed each day to their maximum .
I will never forget the beautiful scenery ay Yellow Mountain, the various little cruises; lunch in the Oriental Pearl some 300 metres above Shanghai with its revolving floor and also the fast train travelling at 301 Kms per hour. Excellent!!
On this trip my wife had her birthday in Xian and your company made sure her birthday will be remembered for many years by organising a birthday cake to celebrate with the rest of the group. These details are a reflection of the attention to detail and thoroughness with which the trip was conducted. From comments to me regarding this tour by other passengers, I feel certain everyone had a great time and very much appreciate having been on this trip.

Dear Friendly Travel,
We are writing to you because we wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time on this tour. As well as to tell you how much we appreciated May (our tour guide for this tour) for her friendly nature and the way she cared for us and everyone on that tour. We can't remember a time when we have felt safe; so well looked after; or when a tour guide has gone above and beyond to ensure that no one gets lost and that everyone enjoyed themselves. It made us feel relaxed, and gave us a chance to really enjoy ourselves. May definitely made it a "Friendly Travel" experience we will not forget. We also like to add that the selection of food was fantastic! The best we've tasted compared to other tours from other travel agents that we have been on. We are both sure that we have gained several kilos on our return!
Please let May know that we would like to personally thank her, as well as, Dennis and his father, Chanh for their excellent service. We want them to know that we appreciate all their efforts and look forward to continuing to tour with them at Friendly Travel in the future.

Our 16th April China group recently returned from their trip and we just received some very encouraging words from a very happy customer!!

Dear Mr Vuong,
Further to our meeting with you in Shanghai on our 16th April ‘China Discovery Tour’ we wish to confirm in writing our favourable comments regarding this tour.
Firstly, the cost of the tour and its all inclusive international and domestic flights, accommodation, meals, entry fees, coach and tour and local guides for the price we paid was truly amazing value. We have travelled with many companies, but none have provided 3 meals a day and all inclusive entry to all tourist attractions. Most of these attractions are normally optional extras on top of the quoted tour price.
Once again thank you for a wonderful experience and we will have no hesitation in recommending your company to our family and friends.

We write to thank you very much for the splendid time we had on this extensive Tour in February 2011. The itinerary covered much of the country and allowed us to experience not only the visits to the historic sites but also the lifestyles of the local people in the different districts and the food. The tour guides, especially Mr. Song was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to please any one in the group, from advice on the best places to shop to anything personal. The choice of hotels, food and mode of travel was excellent.
The service provided by your staff is the best we have had and having travelled on your tour to China previously we certainly will contact you to arrange for our next tour. We can also confidently recommend your Company to others for value for money tours.

Over the years we have taken many tours, trips and cruises but I have to say that Vietnam & Combodia surpassed them all. Thank for all the work Helen, Doris and you did personally to make it such an enjoyable experience.
Everything was perfect, the arrangement worked very well and we were taken care throughout all the itinerary. I must particularly compliment the the tour guide Mr, Son, as he a very enthusiastic person, passionate about his country and ancient Vietnam and very knowledgeable. Someone that I can recommend as he is very serious and ready for help in any situations and caring person. Also very serious with time keeping.
Also may I add your tour covered variety of places that which is excellent as not many of the other tour companies cover. Over all I saw both countries that I wanted to see and you guys did that great.
The plan was excellent, the accommodation first class and the guides could not be bettered. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt we had excellent value for our money. Thank you.
